外籍人士血培养标本分离病原菌的分布调查

Distribution of pathogenic bacteria isolated from blood specimens of foreigners

目的回顾性分析医院外籍人士血培养阳性标本的分布,以获得不同病原菌分离率的构成比,为临床血液控制感染性疾病提供参考。方法血培养仪报阳性的标本转种至培养基,分离后鉴定菌株;数据用WHONET5.5统计分析。结果 2006-2011年各年度血培养分离的阳性菌株数分别为213、322、407、418、448、522株,6年占首位的表皮葡萄球菌分布构成比分别占19.2%、17.7%、17.7%、16.0%、15.8%、14.9%;各年度鲍氏不动杆菌分布构成比分别占3.3%、7.8%、9.3%、11.5%、12.1%、12.5%;鼠伤寒沙门菌6年分别占1.9%、1.9%、1.0%、1.4%、1.6%、2.1%。结论 2006-2011年血培养阳性分离菌中占首位的均为凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌,鲍氏不动杆菌阳性分离率逐年提高,每年均能在血培养阳性标本中分离到鼠伤寒沙门菌。

OBJECTIVE To retrospectively analyze the distribution of the blood specimens cultured positive in the foreigners and observe the isolation rates of the species of pathogens so as to guide the clinical control of the blood infectious diseases.METHODS The positive specimens were transferred to the media and identified after the isolation.The statistical analysis of the data was performed with WHONET 5.5 software.RESULTS Of totally the positive strains isolated from the blood specimens,there were 213 strains in 2006,322 strains in 2007,407 strains in 2008,418 strains in 2009,448 strains in 2010,and 522 strains in 2011.Staphylococcus epidermidis strains ranked the first place among the pathogens isolated during the 6 years,accounting for 19.2%,17.7%,17.7%,16.0%,15.8%,and 14.9%,respectively.Acinetobacter baumannii strains accounted for 3.3%,7.8%,9.3%,11.5%,12.1%,and 12.5%,respectively.Salmonella Typhimurium strains accounted for 1.9%,1.9%,1.0%,1.4%,1.6%,and 2.1%,respectively.CONCLUSION The coagulase-negative Staphylococcus ranked the first place among the pathogens isolated from the blood specimens during 2006-2011.The isolation rate of A.baumannii strains is increased year by year,and the S.Typhimurium strains can every year be isolated from the blood specimens.
