援疆汉族失能老年人及居家照护者对长期照护需求的调查研究

Long-term Care Need of the Xinjiang-aiding Han National Disabled Elderly and Their Home Caregivers

目的调查援疆汉族失能老年人及其居家照护者的长期照护需求及影响因素。方法 2012年1—6月采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,在新疆维吾尔自治区开展问卷抽样调查,调查对象为728名援疆汉族失能老年人及750名居家非正式照护者,调查其长期照护需求及影响因素。结果援疆汉族失能老年人对长期照护需求低,仅14.3%为高需求水平;照护者对长期照护需求高,54.0%为高需求水平。Logistic回归分析显示,被照护失能老年人的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、失能程度和失能原因以及照护者的家庭月收入、照护时间、照护年限和健康状况是影响居家非正式照护者的主要因素。结论援疆汉族老年人长期照护需求低,照护者对长期照护需求高;影响该人群长期照护需求的因素呈多元化。

Objective To investigate the long - term care need of the Xinjiang - aiding Han national disabled elderly and their caregivers, and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 728 Xinjiang - aiding Han national disabled elderly and 750 unprofessional home caregivers were selected using multi - stage stratefied cluster sampling in Xinjiang Autonomous Region between January and June 2012. Results About 14. 3 % of the elderly and 54. 0% of the earegivers were in great need of long - term care. The elder＇s gender, age, marrital status, disability severity, cause of disability, the caregiver＇ s family＇ s monthly income and health condition, care time, and length of care were important influencing factors of the caregivers＇needs for long- term care. Conclusion Han National disabled elderly have low need of long - term care, the caregivers have high need. Influencing factors of need of long - term care are diversified.
