上海海洋资源开发中的问题及改进措施

Problems and Improvement Measures in the Development of Ocean Resources in Shanghai City

海洋资源是上海市国际"经济、金融、贸易、航运"中心建设的重要基础,上海市海洋资源蕴藏着巨大的资源和开发潜力,是维护上海市经济、社会可持续发展的重要资源基础,但是就目前而言,上海市的海洋资源开发存在滩涂围填和湿地保护的矛盾、海洋污染与生物资源衰退、海洋可再生能源开发力度不够及滨海旅游资源有待进一步开发等问题,这些问题严重影响了资源的永续利用和可持续发展,应在海岸滩地资源、海洋可再生能源和滨海旅游资源的开发管理方面进行进一步研究和改进。

Ocean resource is an important foundation of Shanghai construction on the international center of ＇ Economic, Finance, Trade and Shipping＇. The ocean resource of Shanghai has vast resources and potential for development which maintains Shanghai economic and social sustainable development. Until now, there are many problems tb.at seriously affect the sustainable use of resources and development in ocean resources, including contradiction of beach reclamation and wetland protection,marine pollution and biological resources recession, development of renewable energy is not enough, marine coastal tourism resources need further develop and so on. Further research and improve should pay attention on aspects of the coastal shoal resources, marine renewable energy, development and management of coastal tourism resources.
