软骨-软骨膜复合体移植物在鼓室成形术的应用

摘要软骨．软骨膜复合体作为移植物应用于鼓室成形术具有诸多优点，如足够的机械稳定性，可减少新生鼓膜变薄、回缩，防止鼓膜再穿孔和鼓室粘连，避免术后继发性胆脂瘤的形成，有利于听力的恢复及提高等。本文就近年来软骨．软骨膜复合体移植物在鼓室成形术中的应用研究进行综述。
