摘要
在政策、内因、外因共同催化作用下,我国物流行业进入密集整合期。在分析我国物流行业并购趋势的基础上,提出了并购中常见的六种法律风险,并结合相关理论和实践有针对性地提出物流行业并购风险防范的五项措施。
In this paper, we analyzed the trend of M＆A in the logistics industry of China, on such basis, proposed the legal risks it faced on six aspects, and then in connection with relevant theories and practice, presented five measures for their prevention and mitigation.
