农产品冷藏链国内外研究现状分析

Study on Current Status of Domestic and Foreign Studies on Agricultural Produce Refrigeration Chain

在对农产品冷藏链重要性及内涵进行阐述的基础上,分析国内外农产品冷藏链的研究现状,找出农产品冷藏链研究的重点,指出国外研究多针对技术而国内多为冷藏链现状方面的文字性描述,最后对农产品冷藏链研究不完善的领域提出相关的建议。

In this paper, on the basis of an exposition of the importance and connotation of agricultural produce refrigeration chain, we analyzed the current status of the domestic and foreign studies on it, identified the key points and the fact that foreign studies were mostly technically oriented while domestic studies contained more description of the developmental status of the refrigeration chain, and at the end proposed corresponding suggestions to remedy the problems in this research field.
