基于模糊层次分析模型的物流企业法律风险评价研究

Evaluation of Legal Risks of Logistics Enterprise Based on Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Model

为了能够对物流企业法律风险进行定量研究,结合目前物流企业实际运营状况,建立了包括合同法律风险、人力资源管理风险、日常业务风险、供应商选择法律风险在内的4个一级指标,13个二级指标的多因素多级指标评价体系,采用模糊层次分析模型对物流企业法律风险进行评价。其结果显示:日常业务风险是首位的,合同法律风险因素次之,接下来分别是人力资源管理风险和供应商选择风险。这对物流企业进行法律风险管理工作提供了重点,具有一定的参考价值。

In this paper, in connection with the actual operating situation of logistics enterprises, we established the multi-factor and multi-index evaluation system which included 4 primary index, namely contract risk, human resource risk, daily business risk and supplier selection risk, and 13 secondary index, and evaluated the legal risks exposed to the logistics enterprises using AHP. The result showed that the daily business risk was the most significant, followed by contract risk, human resource risk and supplier selection risk in descending order.
