摘要
利用全球定位系统(GPS)、通用分组无线服务技术(GPRS)和地理信息系统技术(GIS)构建了新型的动态车辆调度系统。该系统实时跟踪车辆位置,检测新的客户需求,动态地优化车辆调度方案,能够更好地满足用户的需求。
In this paper, using the GPS, GPRS and GIS technologies, we established a new dynamic vehicle dispatching system which could trace the position of the vehicles in a realtime manner, detect new customer demand and dynamically optimize vehicle dispatching plans.
