基于货运量预测的物流园区用地规模研究——以南昌为例

Study on Scale of Land Use of Logistics Parks Based on Freight Volume Prediction: In the Case of Nanchang

在对物流园区用地规模的研究方法进行介绍和比较的基础上,用参数法对南昌市物流园区用地进行实证研究,预测出南昌市2020年物流园区用地需求面积,结果表明:南昌市2020年物流园区用地规划存在过度浪费。

In this paper, on the basis of an introduction and comparison of research methods of land use of logistics parks, we used the parametric method to study empirically the land use of the logistics parks in Nanehang, predicted the land demand of logistics parks in the city in 2020, and found that there would be excessive waste in the land use planning of the logistics park s at that time.
