摘要
以A机械制造企业为例,综合考虑企业生产所需要的物料的重要程度及其需求特性,将ABC、XYZ分类法结合在一起,建立了ABC-XYZ分类矩阵模型。利用ABC-XYZ矩阵模型对物料进行分析,再根据现在大多数制造企业物料的补货方式,将物料特性与供给方式相组合,以确定出合理的生产线边缓冲库存物料供给模式。利用此种方法可以有效降低生产线边缓冲库存水平,确保生产顺利进行,该方法对类似企业具有很好的借鉴意义。
In this paper, in the ease of mechanical manufacturing enterprise A, we comprehensively considered the level of importance and demand characteristics of materials needed in the production activity of the enterprise, established the classification matrix model that combined the ABC and XYZ systems, applied it to analyzing the materials and, then in view of the material replenishment method of the majority of manufacturing enterprises, integrated the characteristics and supply method of the materials to determine the reasonable model of material supply for the buffer stock at the side of the production line.
