摘要
采用微波消解法处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定中药厚朴、山萘、唇香草、两面针、牛口刺、香圆、马兰、桂圆、冬凌草和夜交藤中金属元素Mn的含量,在最佳仪器工作条件下,各中药中Mn元素的加标回收率在97.73%—106.23%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.3%—2.1%之间。该法快速简便、准确率高、精密度好,用于标准样品、实际样品的分析,结果令人满意。测定结果也为研究这几种中草药的药理、药效及营养价值提供了有用的数据。
A method was studied to determine the amount of Mn in Several Chinese Medicinal Meterials (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Rhizoma Kaempferiae, Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam,Radix Zanthoxyli, Cirsium shansiense Petrak, Citrus wilsonii Tanaka, Kalimeris indica, Longan, Rabdosia Rubescens and Tuber Fleeceflower Stem )with microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS). Under the best conditions of instruments, the recoveries of standard addition of Mn in these chinese medicinal meterials are in the range of 97.73%-106.23% ,the values of RSD are in the range of 0. 3%-2.1%. This method is simple,rapid and convenient with high accuracy and good precision ,and has been applied to the determination of standard and actual samples with satisfactory results. The testing results can also provide useful data for the pharmacological and pharmacodynamics research.
