摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定吉他霉素预混剂的含量。实验结果表明,吉他霉素的最大吸收波长为231nm,在此波长处,吉他霉素预混剂在5.0—25.0μg/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈现良好的线性关系:A=0.055C+0.0766,R2=0.9998(n=9)。该方法操作简单、快速,结果准确,可用于吉他霉素预混剂的含量测定。
Abstract The method for the determination of kitasamycin premix was established by ultravioletspectrophotometry. The experiment result showed that the maximum absorption wavelength ofkitasamycin was 231nm, and linearity of kitasamycin was good with concentration in the range ot5.0-25.0μg/mlJ. The regression equation was A = 0. 055C + 0. 0766, Rz = 0. 9998 (n = 9). Themethod is simple, quick and accurate, that can be applied to quick determination of kitasamycin premix.
