摘要
利用SWOT分析法,对高职物流管理专业"校企政三方合作,置换顶岗"实习模式进行了分析,介绍了"置换顶岗"实习模式的内涵及实施原因,并提出了"置换顶岗"实习模式的具体实施与保障措施。
In this paper, using the SWOT method, we analyzed the tripartite cooperation among the school, enterprise and government as well as the role-reversal practicing mode of the higher vocational logistics majors, introduced the connotation and motivation of the practicing model and propose the specific promotive and supportive measures for its implementation.
