摘要
本文在对专家进行调查的基础上,建立了船舶航行安全的综合评判模型,并对过去12年我国航运企业的事故实况进行了评价.
Based on the information given by experts, a synthetical evaluation method of assessing the safety of navigation is presented. The accidents in the past twelve years are discussed.
