摘要
建立中药材生地的质量控制方法。首先以正交试验来优化生地的提取工艺,然后以RP-HPLC法测定生地中梓醇的含量。色谱条件如下,DiamonsilTMC18(200mm×4.6mm,5mm),柱温:30℃,流动相为水-乙腈(体积比99∶1),流速0.70mL.min-1,检测波长210nm。梓醇的质量浓度在0.0202—0.2020mg.mL-1(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.0%(RSD=1.0%,n=9)。本方法简便、准确,可用于生地药材的质量控制。
The method of quality control of Rehrnannia ghttinsa Libosch was established . Firstly the extracting process of Rehrnannia glutinsa was optimized by orthogonal design, then the contents of catalpol in Rehrnannia glutinsa was determined. The chromatographic condition was as follows. The DiamonsilTM C18 (200mm)〈 4.6mm, 5mm)was used at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-actonitrile(99 : 1,V : V) at a flow rate of 0. 70mL · min-l,the detection wavelength was set at 210nm. The calibration curve was linear within the ranges of 0. 0202--0. 2020rag · mL-1 (r=0. 9999) for catalpol. The average recovery of catalpol was100. 0% (RSD= 1.0% ,n= 9). This method is simole,accurate. It can be used for the auality control of Rehmannia glutinsa.
