摘要
建立了用甲苯从褐煤中提取褐煤蜡的新工艺。通过正交试验对五个影响因素进行了考察,得到最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度90℃,提取时间1.5h,料液比1∶5g/mL,水分14.64%,粒度0.5—1.0mm,在此条件下褐煤蜡产率可达6.82%,且品质较好。该工艺的建立可以为提高我国褐煤资源利用率,弥补褐煤蜡产量不足,提供有力的技术保障。
New extraction technology of lignite wax from brown coal by methylbenzene was established. According to the investigation of five technological parameters by orthogonal experiment, the optimized technical conditions were obtained as fallows: extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 1. 5h,solid-liquid ratio 1 : 5g/mL, moisture 14. 64%,particle sizes 0. 5-1. 0mm. Under the conditions, the yield of lignite wax could reach to 6. 82 %, and the quality is good. The establishment of the new technology could offers reliable technical support for improving the utilization ratio of brown coal and relieving the shortage of lignite wax in the domestic market.
