摘要
根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》指南,对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中微量铬的结果进行了不确定度评定。分析了不确定度的主要来源,包括样品称量过程、待测溶液定容体积、标准溶液配制、校准曲线拟合以及待测溶液重复测量产生的不确定度。对各个不确定度分量进行量化分析计算,评估了铬含量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
According to the 〈Evaluation and Expresslon of Uncertainty in Measurement〉 ,the measurement uncertainty of the determination of trace chromium in geochemical samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was assessed. The main sources of the total uncertainty come from sample weighting process, test solution preparation,preparation of standard solution, calibration curve fitting and repeated measurements. The total uncertainty and the expanding uncertainty for the determinations of chromium were calculated by combining the components of the uncertainty.
