构建大学生党员经常性教育合力机制探究

Construction of the joint force mechanism for regular education among college student CPC members

分析了校级组织、院系组织、支部小组的领导力、推动力、执行力,组织部、党校、思想政治理论教学部、团学工作部的压力、动力、引力、活力,自我教育、组织教育、社会教育的内驱力、支持力、影响力。从"合力"的视角,建构了大学生党员经常性教育机制。

This paper analyzes the power of leadership,incitation and execution of the college organization,department organization and party branch,the pressure,traction and vitality from the organization department,the party school,the ideological and political theory education and student management in the party school,as well as the influence of the motion,support and effect from the self education,organizational education and social education.A regular education mechanism for college student CPC members is constructed from the perspective of joint force.
