摘要
建立环维黄杨星D磷脂复合物复合率的间接测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定未参与复合的环维黄杨星D的量,由此计算复合率。测定波长为410nm,结果表明,浓度在0.502—2.510μg/mL时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.1805C+0.0666,r=0.9993(n=5);平均回收率为99.73%,RSD为1.78%。本方法操作简便易行,具有良好的重现性和精密度。
The complexation rate of Cyclovirobuxine D was determined by the indirect method. The uncomplexed Cyclovirobuxine D was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry,then calculate the complexation rate. The Cyclovirobuxine D had a maximum absorption at 410 nm. The result shows that the Cyclovirobuxine D had a good liner relationship range from 0. 502 to 2. 510μg ·mL-1. The regression equation was as follows : A = 0. 1805C q- 0. 0666, r= 0. 9993 (n= 5). The average recovery rate was 99.73 % ,RSD= 1.78%. The method was simple,accurate and rapid.
