摘要
依次利用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,再用大孔树脂进行分离,获得黄精的有效成分。通过利用体外无细胞体系,对黄精的不同萃取物进行了无细胞体系抗氧化的活性检测,并通过对不同有机相提取物的自由基(DPPH)和超氧阴离子(O-2)的清除能力以及对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的抑制作用进行了检测。结果表明,各有机相提取物与抗氧化活性之间存在良好的构效关系,为进一步的研究和应用打下良好的基础。
Using ethanol leaching from semen armeniacae latifah extracted polysaccharide~ saponins, ordinal substances such as with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and the macroporous adsorbent resins was adopted to separate. To clarify the mechanisms of organic extracts' activity; the antioxidant activities were studied in the cell-free system. The scavenging activities of organic extracts to DPPH free radicals and also scavenged superoxide were tested in the xanthine (XA)/xanthine oxidase (XO) system. All the results indicate that organic extracts and the activity of oxidative-stress have established the good structure-activity relationship ,the paper laid foundations for the farther study and aoDlication.
