摘要
试样用盐酸在电热板上低温溶解约30min后,补加盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸-硫酸加热溶解完全,蒸发至近干。用盐酸溶解盐类至溶液清亮,冷却。定容到100mL容量瓶中,在波长336.1nm用ICP-AES测定矿石中的钛量。方法检出限为3.3μg/g,经国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。对一级标准物质GBW07105测定12次,方法精密度(RSD)为1.93%,该方法操作简单,适用于批量钛铁矿、钒钛磁铁矿石中钛的测定。
Samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid on electric heating plate for 30minutes. Then HC1-HNO3-HF-HC104-H2SO4 were added to the samples,the samples were heated to dissolve completely and vaporize to be nearly dry. The salt was dissolved with hydrochloric acid until the solution became clear and bright, then the solution were cooled. The sample solution was put into 100mL volumetric flask, the titanium content was determined by ICP-AES at wavelength of 336. lnm. The detection limit was 3.3ug/g,and verified with national standard reference materials, the results were in good agreement with certified values. The national standard reference material GBW 07105 was determined for 12 times with precision (RSD) of 1. 93%, The method has the advantage of easy operation and are suitable for determination of titanium in batch number of titanic iron ore and vanadium titanium-magnetite.
