摘要 目的:确证人参止呕作用。方法:通过腹腔注射顺铂,建立大鼠异嗜高岭土动物模型,观察人参原粉低、中、高剂量(0.81,1.62,3.24 g.kg-1)对大鼠异嗜高岭土模型的止呕作用。结果:人参原粉中、高剂量组(1.62,3.24 g.kg-1)可抑制顺铂所致大鼠异嗜高岭土的量,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),并呈现一定的量效关系。结论:人参原粉对顺铂所致大鼠异嗜呕吐模型具有止呕作用。 This article was aimed to study the anti-vomiting effect of Ginseng. Kaolin Pica models were made in rats by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin for observing the antiemetic effects of Ginseng. The results showed that the middle and high dosage original Ginseng powder group (1.62, 3.24 g .kg^-1) inhibited kaolin intake which is induced by cisplatin. Compared with the model group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). It showed a certain dose-effect relationship. It was concluded that the original powder of Ginseng exhibits an anti-vomiting effects in rats kaolin intake which is induced by cisplatin.
