复方益肾灵治疗慢性肾脏病120例的临床研究

Clinical Research on Effect of Yishenling Decoction among 120 Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:研究益肾灵治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效。方法:120例慢性肾脏病门诊及住院患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例,治疗组给予复方益肾灵口服,对照组给予肾炎康复片口服,2个月为一个疗程,观察复方益肾灵对24小时尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及部分生化水平的影响。结果:治疗2个疗程,治疗组总有效率为88.33%,对照组总有效率75.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,24小时尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞、血肌酐、尿素氮经2个疗程的治疗,均有显著差异(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,除对照组的尿素氮、24小时尿蛋白定量外,其余各指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:复方益肾灵可以降低尿蛋白,减少尿红细胞,延缓肾功能损害的进展,疗效优于对照组。

This study was aimed to evaluate the clinical effect of Yishenling Decoction among patients with chronic kidney disease. A total of 120 chronic kidney disease patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 60 patients in each group. Yishenling Decoction was orally administrated in the treatment group. And Shenyan Kangfu Tablet was orally administrated in the control group. Two months were con- sidered as one treatment course. The effect of Yishenling Decoction was observed through indexes of 24h urine proteins, Scr and other biochemical items. The results showed that after two treatment courses, the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.33%. And the total effective rate of control group was 75.00%. Compared with the treatment group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences on the 24h urine proteins, red blood cells in urine, Scr and BUN after 2 treatment courses between the treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences on the scr, red blood cells in urine, GFR after 2 treatment courses before and after treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. It was concluded that Yishenling Decoction can reduce urine proteins and red blood cells in urine and slow down progression of chronic kidney disease. Its effect is better than Shenyan Kanffu Tablet.
