精神分裂症前驱期问卷（简版）信效度的初步评价

Primary assessment of reliability and validity of the Chinese version of prodromal questionnaire-brief ver- sion

目的初步检验精神分裂症前驱期问卷（简版）（PQ．B）的信度和效度。方法采用方便取样的原则选取122名在校大学生和心理门诊患者，同时完成PQ-B和症状自评量表（SCL-90）。2周后对其中的80人进行了PQ-B重测。采用相关分析、探索性因子分析等对数据进行处理。结果PQ-B总的Cron-bach系数为0．894，条目与总分的相关系数在0．347～0．688之间（均P〈0．01），各条目被逐一删除后的Cronbach系数均小于0．894。PQ-B总分的重测相关系数为0．710（P〈0．01）；Guttman折半系数为0．874。探索性因子分析提取6个公因子，累计方差贡献率为65．22％，斜交旋转后各条目的因子载荷在0．404～0．896。PQ-B与SCL-90总分的相关系数为0．808（P〈0．01）；除了因子5与SCL-90的强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对的相关性偏低外（r=0．154～0．206，P〉0．01），PQ—B其余各因子与SCL-90的总分和因子分均呈成正相关（r=0．233—0．725，P〈0．01）。结论中文版PQ-B的内部一致性信度，重测信度，结构效度及同时效度基本良好。

Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Prodromal Question- naire-Brief Version （PQ-B）. Methods By convenience sampling, 122 college students and clinical psychology outpatients were assessed by PQ-B and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Eighty among them were retested with the PQ-B after 2 weeks to test test-retest reliability. Correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis were used for data processing. Results The internal consistency reliability of the Chinese version of PQ-B was 0. 894, the corre- lation coefficient between each item and total score were higher than O. 347 （ all P 〈 0. O1 ） , and when each of the to- tal items deleted, the Cronbach＇ s Alpha of the whole score was lower than 0. 894. Moreover, the test-retest reliabil- ity was 0.71 （P 〈0.01 ） and the Guttman Split-Half Coefficient was 0.874. The exploratory factor analysis showed that KMO was 0. 833 ,and 65.22% of the total variation could be explained by 6 factors, and the rotated pattern matrix value of item were 0. 404-0. 896 by direct oblimin. The total PQ-B score and the score of most of the extrac- ted factors was significantly correlated with＇SCL-90（ r = 0. 233-0.725, P 〈 0.01 ） ,while factor 5 had low correla- tion with subscales of Obsessive-Compulsive, Interpersonal Sensitivity ,Depression and Hostility in SCL-90（ r = 0. 154- 0.206, P〉0.01 ）. Conclusion The Chinese version of PQ-B suggested primarily good reliability and validity.
