Study on Improving SSBS Based on AHP-Relative Approach Degree

针对六西格玛计分卡(SSBS)方法在指标权重确定和评价值转换处理方面存在的问题,引入层次分析法,对六西格玛计分卡权重确定方法进行了改进;引入相对接近度法,在向量标准化的基础上,利用加权距离计算两水平间的相对接近度和组织的西格玛水平,对六西格玛计分卡评价值确定方法进行了改进,最后示例说明该方法的应用.

To solve the problem of the indicator weight determination and-the evaluation value transformation in SSBS, AHP was introduced to improve the weight determination method, and then for improving the evaluation value determination method, relative ap- proach degree was introduced to reckon the approach degree between two levels and the sigma level by weighting distance based on vectors standardization. It also uses an example to explain how to use this method.
