球孢白僵菌筛选及其对桃小食心虫越冬幼虫致病力研究 被引量:9

摘要 为研究球孢白僵菌对桃小食心虫的防治效果,对分离到的17株球孢白僵菌菌株进行了基本的生物学特性研究和高效菌株筛选及防治效果评价。结果表明球孢白僵菌的产孢量和孢子萌发率在不同菌株间存在较大的差异,其中5个菌株的产孢量和孢子萌发率较高,而且均对桃小食心虫的越冬幼虫具有很好的致病能力。生物测定表明球孢白僵菌菌株"桃8"和"玉14"对桃小食心虫的致病效果最好,当浓度为1×109孢子.mL 1时,在第11 d对桃小食心虫校正死亡率均达到100%,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为6.12×105和8.99×105孢子.mL 1,致死中时(LT50)分别为4.59 d和4.67 d。 In order to evaluate the control effect ofBeauveria bassiana on Carposina niponensis, we isolated 17 strains and screened high virulence strains of Beauveria bassiana. The results showed that B. bassiana's spore production quantity and germination are significant differences among different strains, five strains of sporulation, spore germination rate and virulence against wintering larvae were higher. The bioassays showed that the "tao8" and "yu 14" strains were highest virulence strains to C. niponensis, the corrected mortality of which were 100% at the concentration of 1 ×10^9 spores.mL-1 at 11 days. LCs0 of the both strains were 6.12× 10^5 and 8.99× 10^5 spores-mL-1 and their LTs0 were 4.59 d and 4.67 d, respectively.
