摘要
在实验室条件下,测定了球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana对油菜菌核病病菌Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、棉花枯萎病病菌Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.Vasinfectum和小麦赤霉病Fusahum graminearum Sehw 3种病原菌的拮抗作用。对峙培养结果表明,球孢白僵菌对3种病原菌均有抑制作用。其中,白僵菌Bb1对3种病原菌抑制效果最好。在培养基中加入Bb1不同浓度的孢子悬浮液,当浓度在4.65×106cfu.mL 1时,3 d后,孢悬液对3种病原菌菌丝生长抑制率达到50%以上。Bb1液体振荡培养14 d获得的无菌发酵液对3种病原菌培养4 d后抑制率分别达到49.17%、55.48%和48.31%。在光学显微镜下,并未观察到Bb1对病原菌的重寄生现象。
The antagonistic effect ofB. bassiana, an important entomogenous fugus, on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum, Fusahum graminearum Sehw, and its mechanism were studied in vitro by dual culture cup-plate test. The results of dual culture test showed that three B. bassania isolates all displayed obvious antagonistic effect on three kinds of pathogenic fungi. On the PDA mixed with 4.65 X 106 cfu.mL-1 of Bbl, the inhition rate was over 50% to all three kinds of pathogenic ftmgi at 3rd day. The inhitition rate to mycelia growth of three pathogenic fungi by Bbl sterile fermented broth reached 49.17%, 55.48%, 48.31%, respectively. No hyperparasitism between strain Bb 1 and three pathengenic fungi was observed under optical microscope.
