四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜和血浆TNF、NO、MDA影响的实验研究

Study of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzitang Jiawei on the content of TNF, NO and MDA in the plasma and intestinal mucosa after burn injury in rats

目的 观察中药四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜和血浆肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) ,一氧化氮 (NO)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。方法 用大鼠 70只 ,复制大鼠烫伤模型 ,随机分为 3组 ,烫伤治疗组于伤后 12h开始管饲中药煎剂 ,每 12h 1次至动物活杀 ,烫伤对照组和假伤组管饲蒸馏水 ,于饲药后 3、5、7、9d活杀 ,分别检测血浆和肠粘膜TNF、NO和MDA含量。结果 中药四君子汤加味可明显降低烫伤大鼠血浆和肠粘膜TNF、NO和MDA含量。结论 中药四君子汤加味对减轻烫伤后肠粘膜的损伤应有积极的应用。

Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzitang Jiawei on the changes of the content of TNF, CO and MDA of the plasma and intestinal mucosa after burn injury in rats. Methods TBSA of 8 cm×4.5 cm full thickness scalding model was prepared in to 70 Wistar rats. The rats were divided into treated group, positive control group and normal control group. The content of TNF, NO and MDA in the plasma and intestinal mucosa was determined on the 3 rd, 5 th, 7 th and 9 th day after scalding. Results The content of TNF, NO and MDA in the plasma and intestinal mucosa was lower in the treated group than in the positive and normal controls.Conclusion Our findins suggest that the Chinese traditional medicines are beneficial to decrease the damages of intestinal mucosa after burn injury.
