白藜芦醇的提取与检测方法研究进展

Progress on extracting techniques and detecting methods of resveratrol

综述近年来国内外提取、检测白藜芦醇的技术。目前,白藜芦醇提取方法主要有溶剂提取、酶法提取、超临界流体萃取、超声波辅助提取、微波辅助提取法;白藜芦醇的检测方法:高效液相色谱法、色谱—质谱法、毛细管电泳法、化学发光法、荧光法。文章分析了各技术的优缺点,并对白藜芦醇的发展前景进行展望。

This paper summarized the general extracting techniques and detecting methods of resveratrol. The major extracting techniques includes： solvent extraction, enzymatic extraction, supercritical fluid ex- traction,uhrason-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. The major detecting methods includes： high performance liquid chro- matography, chromatography-mass spectrometry, capillary electrophore- sis, chemiluminescence and fluorescence assays. The advantages and disadvantages of each technique were summarized and developmental prospect of resveratrol was analyzed in the review.
