在买方市场条件下,市场规模能否可持续扩大成了关注的焦点。对浙江义乌集群的研究发现,以渠道拓宽与优化为主要途径的"干中学"可促进企业家才能提升与市场规模内生性扩大间的良性互动。它通过动力增强与能力提升两个层次使要素配置主体的企业家获得重塑。基于此,企业家配置的要素层次提高,能使传统劳动密集型产品的要素密集度获得逆转,市场规模得以内生性扩大。渠道的拓宽与优化主要包含渠道细分、配置与延伸三个层次,它们相互影响和促进,共同推动着集群竞争力的攀升。通过"干中学",集群内要素共享程度提高,由此导致的创新外溢效应可显著提升企业家的商务才能。这表明,基于企业家才能提升的市场规模扩大具有内生性,因而是可持续的。
In the buyer's market, whether or not the market size can be expanded constantly has become the focus. The research on Yiwu industry cluster shows, "learning by doing" based on the channel widening and optimization can promote the positive interaction between entrepreneur ability enhancement and market size expanding. It remodels the main body of factors allocation entrepreneur by enhancing driving force and lifting capacity. Based on this, the level of factors allocated by entrepreneur is enhanced, which makes the factors intensity of goods diverse from labor intensity. The channel widening and optimization mainly include three levels: channel partition, allocation and extension, which influence each other and jointly promote the competitiveness of Yiwu cluster. In view of "learning by doing", the factors' sharing degree within cluster could be improved,and the spillover effect of innovation could promote the business capacity of entrepreneurs significantly. It means that the expansion of market size based on growing entrepreneur capacity is endogenous, hence it can be sustainable.
