摘要
目的研究六月青的化学成分。方法 60%乙醇六月青提取物依次经乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,再经硅胶柱层析分离纯化,并通过波谱技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从六月青中分离得到7个化合物,分别为桦木醇(1),对羟基苯甲醛(2),对羟基苯乙酮(3),水杨酸(4),hydrolytichazaleanin A(5),(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(6)和β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constitutents from Tarphochlamys affinis. METHODS 60% ethan- olic extract was extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol in turn and was isolated by silica gel. Their structrues were identified by NMR and MS analyses. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as betulin ( 1 ), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2), 4'-hydroxyacetophenone (3), salicylic acid (4), hydrolytichazaleanin A ( 5 ), (6R, 7S, 8S) -7ix- [ ([3-glucopyranosyl)oxy~ lyoniresinol (6), daucosterol (7). CONCLUSION All con- stituents are isolated for the first time.
