摘要
软件产业虚拟集群是网络经济时代下的新型组织形式,本文在分析软件产业虚拟集群创新主体的基础上,依据生命周期理论揭示其创新机理,设计软件产业虚拟集群三螺旋创新模式,探讨创新主体角色变化及混生组织的类型与作用,最后以长风联盟为例验证模式的有效性并提出软件产业虚拟集群发展策略,旨在为引导软件产业虚拟集群良性发展,促进集群创新资源优化配置提供借鉴与参考。
Software Industrial Virtual Cluster is a new kind of organization model in international network economy era. Based on analyzing innovation subject of Software Industrial Virtual Cluster, innovation mechanism is revealed and the triple helix innovation mode of Software Industrial Virtual Cluster is designed according to the life cycle theory, types and functions of mix born organization are discussed. At last the validity of model is veri- fied by taking ChangFeng alliance for instance and the development tactics are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to guide Software Industrial Virtual Cluster benign development and offer references promoting innovation resource optimal allocation of cluster.
