稀土矿产业价格指数的构建研究

Research on the structure of price index of thulium mine industry

定价权缺失,严重影响我国稀土产业的健康发展。研发稀土价格指数,能够在稳定市场预期、进出口企业套期保值以及"价格发现"等方面发挥作用,对于我国争夺稀土产业国际定价权具有重要意义。本文设计了包括单品价格指数与综合价格指数在内的稀土产业价格指数体系,并分别探讨了指数的编制方法。

Lack of pricing power, seriously affected the healthy development of the thulium mine industry in china. The thulium price index can play a role in stabilizing the market expected, hedging and price discovering, which is of great significance for the right of international pricing. This paper designs the system of price index of thulium mine industry,including the unit price index and the comprehensive price index. Then, the methods are discussed respectively.
