摘要 本研究基于三阶段DEA模型对中国地区能源效率水平进行评价。结果表明:环境因素确实对地区能源效率的评价造成影响;相比第一阶段即传统DEA模型的评价结果,剔除环境影响因素后,全国平均技术效率水平有所下降,但是各地区的变化情况并不一致,有的地区效率评价结果有所改善,而有的地区效率值有所降低。 This study evaluates China's regional energy efficiency by using three-stage DEA model based on the statistical data of 2010. The empirical results show thatthe environmental factors indeed influence the regional energy efficiency performance. Compared with the results of first stage, after the adjustment of environmental variables, the national average technical efficiency of third stagedecreased significantly, but the influences to regions are different due to diverse features, some regions were overestimated by using BCC-DEA model,and some regions were underestimated.
