摘要 文章的目的在于介绍一种适合于深井高地压软岩巷道快速成巷的综掘施工工艺,其中重点介绍了快速施工工艺的构成和分台阶施工法的优越性。研究以淮南矿业(集团)公司谢一矿和朱集矿两个千米深井为试验矿井,以两矿的9条岩石巷道为实施对象,获得了较理想效果。项目成果不仅为岩石巷道的快速施工提供了一种简单、有效的工艺和方法,而且为工程管理提供了一个清晰的施工全景图。此外,以"1-3-2-2-2-1"具体数字的形式命名施工工艺是一种具有较大意义的创新,该创新形式简洁、表述清晰,对于新技术、新工艺的推广与应用具有很好的促进作用。 The aims of this paper is to introduce a kind of fast rock roadway construction technology, which is suitable for deep well and high pressure soft rock roadways and uses baring machine. The composition of technology and the superiority of the steps construction method are introduced particularly. In this research,the two kilometers deep well of Xieone mine and Zhuji mine are chosen for test mine, the nine rock roadways are chosen for test roadways. The test results are very ideal. This project is a very successful cooperation one between colleges and enterprises, and very important research results are made. The above results not only provide a simple and effective technique for the fast construction of rock roadway,and provide a very clear construction panorama for scientific and efficient project management. In addition,it is a kind of important innovation to use "1-3-2-2-2-1" specific digital form to name construction technology. This innovation,having concise form and clear expression, has the very important role for the popularization and application of new technology and craft.
