摘要
针对河北省某铁矿石易磨易选的特点,在生产普通铁精矿的基础上,进行了制取超级铁精矿的试验研究。当再磨细度-200目只有56.4%的较粗条件下,采用磁选流程可获得品位71.36%、回收率87.48%的超级铁精矿,二氧化硅含量0.42%;进一步采用反浮选工艺,可使二氧化硅含量降低到0.14%,超级铁精矿品位达到71.82%,回收率78.87%。试验取得理想的技术指标,使该铁矿资源得到合理、更有效的利用。
An iron ore in Hebei has the characteristics of easy grinding and easy separating,on the basis of producing ordinary iron concentrate, experiment was raked to produce super iron concentrate. When re- grinding degrees -200 mesh is only 56. 4%, use magnetic separation process to obtain super iron ore concentrate which of grade is 71.36%, recovery is 87.48%, silica content is 0.42% ;Further anti-flotation process the super iron ore concentrate,which can reduce the silica content to 0.14% ,the grade increased to 71.82% and the recovery rate is 78.87 %. Ideal technical indicators are achieved,and the iron ore resources will be more effective used.
