摘要 常规水平连铸1560镍基合金过程中,铸锭中心区域极易出现裂纹、缩孔和疏松等铸造缺陷,严重影响了生产效率、产品成材率和最终产品质量。采用电磁水平连铸技术后,则可有效防止这类缺陷的产生。本研究从电磁水平连铸1560合金过程中铸锭的组织、溶质元素分布、液穴内的流动场及温度场等方面进行了研究,并对其消除中心缺陷的作用进行了分析和讨论。 In the process of conventional horizontal continuous casting, casting defects such as crack, shrinkage cavity and porosity frequently occur in the central areas of 1560 nickel-based alloy ingot, which seriously affects the production efficiency, product yield and quality of the final product. Electromagnetic horizontal continuous casting technology can effectively prevent the occurrences of these kinds of central casting defect. The view of as-cast structure of ingot, distribution of solutes, fluid field and temperature field in sump were investigated. A interpretation and explanation was made on restraining effects of low frequency electromagnetic horizontal continuous casting technology to eliminate the central casting defects of 1560 alloy.
