摘要
4M3.5系列往复式压缩机缸体生产过程中,在浇注时出现漂芯现象。采用高温陶瓷材料喷涂在芯铁上制作型芯,该型芯未出现漂芯现象。实践表明,该方法生产缸体的耐磨性和质量得到了保证,取得了良好的经济效益。
Core lift occurred during the production of a reciprocating compressor cylinder body of 4M3.5 series. The phenomenon of core lift was solved by the new core making technology that core bar was sprayed by thermal barrier coating. The practice shows that the wear resistance and quality of cylinder made by the process were guaranteed and good economical benefit was obtained.
