On the Construction of Knowledge Service Ability in the Defense Science and Technology Field

当前知识服务能力建设已成为科技信息机构核心能力发展的重要方向和内容。本文立足国防科技领域的实际,分析了国内外知识服务能力建设的经验做法,对我国国防科技领域知识服务能力建设现状进行了剖析,提出了下一步国防科技领域知识服务能力建设的方向与重点。

At present, the construction of knowledge service ability has become the important direction and task of the devel- opment of the core competence of the STI institutions. Based on the practice of the defense science and technology field, this article firstly analyzes the experiences of the domestic and foreign countries in the construction of knowledge service ability. Then, the sta- tus quo of the construction of knowledge service ability in the defense science and technology field in China is anatomized. Finally, the article points out the next-step direction and emphases of the construction of knowledge service ability in the defense science and technology field.
