Implementing knowledge management in the enterprise is an important way for the enterprise to maintain core com- petence. Based on the detailed analysis of the relevant theories of knowledge management influencing factors, this paper points out the 5 major factors affecting the successful implementation of knowledge management, and further analyzes the relationships between these factors so as to help the enterprise implement knowledge management.
