网络趋同效应视角下的知识转移存量演化机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章运用生态学理论、网络组织理论和知识转移理论,通过趋同模型假设,构建了基于网络结构的知识转移存量演化机理模型。认为在驱动力、嵌合度和转移能力趋同作用下,知识转移存量发生变化。得出了知识转移存量是按照知识源驱动趋同、知识源与受体均衡趋同和受体驱动趋同3个阶段不断演化的结论。 By the use of the theories of ecology, network organizing and knowledge transfer, and the hypothetical convergence model, this paper constructs a model of evolutional mechanism of knowledge transfer stock based on network structure. The paper argues that knowledge transfer stock changes with the convergence effect of driving force, coordination degree and transfer capabili- ty. It concludes that knowledge transfer stock evolves continuously in accordance with 3 stages, that is, knowledge source driving convergence, equilibrium convergence between knowledge source and receptor, and receptor driving convergence.
