Knowledge Innovation Model: Theoretical Construction and Case Study

在对国内外知识创新理论梳理的基础上,构建了知识创新模式三维结构图,将知识创新模式划分为元件创新与架构创新、概念创新与路径创新、协同创新与知识链创新;结合中国、日本和美国的3个案例对知识创新模式进行了阐释;总结了3种模式的适用领域,探讨了对我国知识管理的指导意义。

Based on the review of the theory of knowledge innovation both at home and abroad, this paper constructs a three- dimensional structural diagram of knowledge innovation model, and divides knowledge innovation model into component innovation and architectural innovation, conception innovation and path innovation, and collaborative innovation and knowledge chain innova- tion. The paper then combines 3 cases in China, Japan and the United States to interpret the knowledge innovation model. Finally, the paper summarizes the applicable fields of the 3 models and explores the guiding significance to China in knowledge management.
