实体经济的发展必须以较低的成本为前提,虚拟经济过快膨胀必然导致实体经济成本大幅度上升,最终导致实体经济和虚拟经济全面崩溃。我国目前已经成为世界制造业大国。但是,随着我国虚拟经济的过度膨胀及制造业成本的不断上升,我国实体经济持续健康发展的基础在不断削弱,可能导致我国经济"空心化"。鄂尔多斯和温州均是典型案例。由于我国财政、货币和收入分配政策的局限性,我国实体经济成本上升可能长期化。必须重新审视金融产业的价值,并从调整收入分配及控制经济泡沫的角度,夯实我国实体经济增长的基础。
