以现阶段我国居民的健康状况和人类健康事业的发展为出发点,阐述了在益生素时代发展的背景下,水苏糖所具有的发展潜力和优势,并介绍了水苏糖的性质和功能。分析了在新健康时代,水苏糖对于我国饮料工业新的发展方向的重要意义。
With the health status of Chinese residents at the present stage and the development of the cause of human health as the starting point, the development potential and advantages of stachyose were described in the context of prebiotics development, and its nature and functionality elaborated. In addition, the significance of stachyose to the new development direction of the beverage industry was analyzed.
