大温差冷却水系统在饮料工业冷却系统中的应用

Use of large-temperature-difference water cooling systems in beverage processing

为了提高冷冻水制冷系统的效率和配套水泵的功率,降低整个工程的造价,在饮料生产中采用一种新的制冷方案——大温差冷却系统,替代传统的5℃温差系统。比较了这两种系统的特点、优势,并介绍了应该注意的事项。

With a view of improving the efficiency of chilled water systems, enhancing the power of matched water pumps and decreasing the cost of the whole installation, larger-temperature-difference water cooling systems - a new cooling solution - were used in beverage processing to replace the traditional 5~C-difference ones. The 2 kinds of systems were compared in features and advantages, and the issues needing attention described.
