结合国际足球运动比赛实践的技术统计数据和动作任务的匹配要求,对速度结构进行的理论分析表明,足球专项的速度结构是高步频、短步幅,步频起主要作用;在选材和培养优秀足球运动员的过程中,步频适合作为足球运动员速度素质的一项参考指标,在考察短跑冲刺能力的基础上,细化其速度结构的测量,相比而言,那些高步频、短步幅的青少年运动员与足球专项速度结构的要求在理论上更匹配。

The theoretical analysis of the structure of velocity, combined the technical statistics of international football with the matching demand of motor tasks, showed that the elite football player possessed the structure of velocity of higher step frequency and shorter stride length, and step frequency plays a major role in the velocity. During the process of selection and training elite football players, step frequency is suitable as a basic evaluation indicator of velocity for reference. What ＇s more, on the evaluation basis of sprinting ability of football player, it ＇s necessary to refine the measurement of the velocity structure, and those who possess the relative higher step frequency and shorter stride length are theoretically consistent with special velocity of football.
