摘要
将小鼠一侧颈总动脉和对侧椎动脉阻断( BHI-2A)剩余脑血供籍 willis环进行重分配以模拟近似失血性休克(HS)的全脑低灌,分析其在HS过程中的意义。BHI-2A和HS组脑静脉血乳酸净变量均无明显变化。HS组的外周血乳酸和血糖均明显升高,二者均可被654-2所预防;BHI-2A的外周血乳酸明显降低而血糖变化不明显,降低的乳酸也可被预先应用65个2所防止。BNI-2A 30mh+HS组的乳酸和血糖仍是HS的升高反应,但其幅度显著降低。SHI-2A和654-2对防止HS的血糖和乳酸升高有相似的抑制效应。HS组脑和肝组织的LDH和CPK均明显升高;BHI-2A时脑LDH和肝CPK不变,而脑的CPK和肝的LDH均显著降低,也表现出BHI-2A具有抑制效应。HS过程的脑低灌对休克具有保护性抑制效应。
The mice were subjected to brain hypoperfusion by occluding unilateral arteria carotis and contralateral arteria vertebro-basilar (BH1-2A) which approched to the whole brain-hypoperfusion of hemorrhagic shock (HS) by blood through balencing and redistributing in willis circle arteries, to analyze its significance duing hemorrhagic shock. The net change value of lactate in cerebral venous blood had no markedly changes in BHI-2A and HS groups. The peripheral blood glucose and lactate in HS increased, but lactate decreased and glucose had no changes in BHI-2A, all that can be averted by pretreated with 654-2, the peripheral blood glucose and lactate in BHI-2A 30min+HS group still raised but it was lower than simple HS, BHI-2A and 654-2 have similar inhibitory effects on the increment oflactate and glucose during HS. LDH, CPK of brain and liver in HS group increased, in BHI-2A group, LDH of brain and CPK of liver were normal, but LDH of liver and CPK of brain decresed. The changes of LDH and CPK was consistent, which indicated the inhibitory effects of BHI. All above indicated that BHI during HS would possess protective inhibjtory effects.
