摘要
汽轮机阀门流量特性影响着机组的一次调频特性和安全、经济运行。首先对汽轮机调速控制原理及不同阀门重叠度对阀门流量特性的影响进行了分析。针对目前汽轮机流量特性曲线存在的问题,提出了阀门重叠度确定原则,比例、偏置因子的确定方法及汽轮机阀门流量特性试验的具体步骤和方法。经过特性参数调整后的顺序阀方式负荷指令-流量特性线性度良好,阀门切换过程中负荷、压力过渡良好,没有出现明显的流量拐点。机组采用优化后阀门流量特性曲线后,实际负荷和流量指令的变化值基本同步,控制的稳定性明显改善,机组负荷的稳定也使锅炉燃烧更稳定,可满足机组长期投入AGC、一次调频和安全稳定运行的需要。近10个电厂的实际应用结果表明,用该方法对阀门流量特性进行试验获得的阀门开度曲线函数拟合准确,具有较好的推广应用价值。
In this paper, the speed regulating control principle of steam turbine and the influence of value overlapping to flow characteristic are analyzed in detail. According to the problems of value function, the determination principle of value overlapping, the determination method of scale and bias factor are given. Steps and methods of value flow experiment are proposed. The linearity of load demand-flow function is well. The load and pressure are well-controlled and there are no obvious flow inflection points. Application results in over ten power plants shows that the proposed method has good curve fitting results. It is valuable to the similar experiments.
