摘要
针对B1060A单臂刨床能耗高、可靠性差、故障率高、线路复杂等问题,对该机床电气控制系统进行全面改进设计。取消原发电机组及扩大机,代之以全数字直流调速装置欧陆AD590+对主电动机调速;以德国西门子S7-200PLC为控制核心,取代原继电器-接触器控制。根据AD590+直流调速装置、西门子S7-200 PLC的特点及控制要求,提出具体改造措施。改造中,画出单臂刨床新的电气控制框图,并设计出具体的AD590+直流调速装置接线图及PLC控制程序,应用于实际的B1060A单臂刨床。改造后,系统节电效果显著,可靠性提高,调速范围增大了十倍,稳定精度大大提高,改造效果显著。
Because B1060A single-arm planer had problems of high energy consumption, poor reliability, high failure rate and complex circuit, the article comprehensively improved the machine electrical control system. On the one hand, the new system used full digital DC speeder Continental AD590 + to regulate the main motor instead of original generator sets and amplifier. On the other hand, it also used Germany Siemens S7-200 PLC instead of original relay - contactor as control core. According to the characteristics and control requirements of DC speeder Continental AD590 + and Siemens S7-200 PLC proposed retrofit measures. In the transformation, draw a single arm planer new electrical control block diagram, and devised specific the wiring diagram of ADS90 + DC speeder and PLC control program. The B1060A will then be applied to the actual single arm planer. After the transformation, the system saving effect significantly, reliability improved, speed range increases tenfold, stable accuracy is improved greatly, and the effect of reconstruction significantly.
