The reform of publishing in China, has entered the last battle of non political newspapers reform. The reform process of local journals accounted for half of total number in the ＂landscape＂ , directly affect total process national newspaper re- form. The research on the present situation of local journals, showing the truth, analyzing its problems, should be the most awe- some to the press reform assault fortified positions.
